Only a few VIZI are found in current Croatia online phone book with 2 in Pitomaca

http://imenik.tportal.hr/

VIZI Ivan (=John)
Dragutina Domjanića BB
33405 Pitomača

VIZI Marica (=Mary)
Dragutina Domjanića 51
33405 Pitomača

VIZI sounds like veezee

It would seem that VIZI may have Magyar roots and that TIBAUT may have Danube-Schwabian roots. The later is a German group that resettled the area when Austria liberated territory of The Kingdom of Croatia that had been occuppied by the Ottman Turks in the 1700s

The LDS Family Library has microfilm parish records for Pitomaca dating from 1728-1949 An amazing span of time! They will be in Croatian language and incl. Rodeni = birth, Vjencani = marriage, Umrli = death You may order, rent, view and copy them at a local Family History Center near you for $5.... you will see several generations in these records.
