Dear Roko,
Thank you very much.
This makes complete sense now and with the Croatian Fraternal Union (CFU), Sv. Juraj (Saint Geroge)organization starting it's charter in 1912 in Wilkeson, Washington State. I am guessing that these ribbons maybe were given out to patriots who were founding members.

If you have any genealogy needs here in Seattle or Pierce County Washington for my help back to you-please respond back to this message and I will give it my best effort.

Thanks again, Roko

Stuart
