Motovun (area) is Porec diocese, but I think (I’m not sure) that they keep their records in Pazin. Pazin is in central Istria not far from Motovun. Besides, Pazin iz the administrative center of Istria county.
Motovun is a small town, just couple of hundreds of (mostly old) inhabitants, so I’m pretty sure you should contact that mail in Pazin (State archive); at least they’ll be able to tell you where to go / search.
The fact that Motovun is so small could be good news to you – it means that people know each other, and'll be able to answer your questions..
I found one Radoslav in Radoslavi (Rakotule), one in Motovun, but in surrounding places there is lot of Radoslavs and Rabaks. I didn’ find Jordano (Giordano? Djordano?) among them.
