I found 44 families Rabak and 6 Radoslav families in our phone book (in Istria - Istarska zupanija) – it is possible that all them have the same origin like your Rabak / Radoslav, and it is possible that they’ll be able to tell you where to search (exact parish). If you want, I’ll find couple of addresses of these people so you can write to them.
I also found address for municipality of Motovun - you can write them too:
