Hello,

I've just began my research on Crittenden, it's my maternal line. I find all of this discussion very interesting. I've emailed some of you in the hopes that you may share info.
What I know so far about me is that my great grandfather was Marion Jackson Crittenden and he married Maggie Staggers in Crenshaw County, Alabama. Marion possibly was born in Florida, but we are unsure. They are both buried at Ivy Creek in Crenshaw County, AL.
Any info would be great. A side note, when I was doing my paternal line, I met a man online from Texas who was a very distant cousin, and through much correspondence,, we learned that we are indeed from the same tree. You just never know.
