Crittendens of VA in 1700's?

Hi Crittenden researchers,
I am interested in contacting anyone who has info on the Crittendens who were in VA in the 1700's since it has been suggested that my ancestor Elizabeth Dickinson's maiden name may have been Crittenden. Elizabeth was the wife of Nathaniel Dickinson of Spotsylvania County who died in 1776. Any Crittenden connections to Dickinsons, Colemans, Browns, Hutchinsons, or Gartons would be especially of interest. Thanks, Gail
