This Nathaniel could be From Surry Co NC (borders) Va. If it is I have been trying to link him to Authur Crutchfield, may be a brother.Aurthur was in Rev War as a citizen of Surry Co. There is a Nathaniel listed in 1771 & 1772 tax list there. Authur had 1 bro named John who took his place in War.Authur was born 1757. Please let me know if you find a connection here.
