Also keep in mind when debating accuracy of the Account Book, yes they 5 left Rotterdam, Netherlands. That does not mean they were not from Emmens, Germany or Emmerting even *which is way south of Hanover near Hamelin* You can't leave Germany by boat except through Rotterdam, which was and is a major port. You could, I suppose go through Amsterdam, you still would have to admit, that does not take away the fact they came originally from where they claimed.
