I am searching for information regarding John Christ. Information from the 1820 and 1830 census indicate that he was b. between 1770 and 1775. He lived in Austintown Township, Trumbull County (now Mahoning County), OH.
From the census records, the following appear to be (some of) the children of John Christ:
2 i. Samuel Christ was b. between 1794 and 1800. He m. Sarah Miller.
3 ii. Jacob Christ was b. between 1794 and 1800.
+ 4 iii. Henry Christ was b. about 1803.
5 iv. Daniel F. Christ was b. about 1805.
Henry Christ was b. in OH about 1803. He m. Rebecca. Rebecca was b. in OH about 1810. In 1830 or 1831 they moved to Greenfield Township, Crawford County, PA. They had the following children:
6. i. Adam Christ was b. in OH 1829.
7 ii. Elizabeth Christ was b. in PA 1831.
8 iii. Lao Christ was b. in PA 1833.
9 iv. John Christ was b. in PA 1835.
10 v. Levi Christ was b. in PA 1838.
+ 11 vi. Elias H. Christ was b. in PA Dec 1841.
12 vii. Lydia Christ was b. in PA 1843.
13 viii. Thomas Christ was b. in PA 1846.
14 ix. Frank Warner Christ was b. in PA 1849.
Elias H. Christ was b. in PA Dec 1841. He m. Catherine Woods. Catherine was b. in PA Oct 1842. Elias served in the Civil War, after which he moved to Deerfield Township, Warren County, PA, where he d. in 1920.
