In researching the Account Book and the on-line information regarding the Battle at Great Meadows (Fort Necessity), I do not find Nicholas Heinrich Crist listed on the roster of those who fought with George Washington. Does anyone know if he was actually a member of the militia? Or is there another reason he wouldn't have been on the list - if, of course, the portion of the Account Book telling about his being wounded in this battle is true?
