Wade, I know it has been awhile since you posted this. I have no documentaion, but a picture of Joseph B and Amanda J that I have seen ( I don't have a copy available now) in my view does show Amanda to have Cherokee facial features in my view. She would have been probably in her late 60's when the picture was taken. More research could confirm that for for you.
