If you are in Person Co. or one of the adjoining counties, check the book: Person County Heritage. The local libraries will have it. There is information on John Crisp family. John died about 1790 and left a large family. Several married into the family of Richard Burch. I am descended from these Crisp and Burch. This is probably your family.
