My family was orginally from England and my Great Grandfather, Robert was brought here to America around 1866. Our family name at that time was Crisp-Taylor. The family dropped the Crisp name becuase they were upset with the family. I am having a difficult time finding any information on my family due to this hypenated surname. I hope this is a break through in my research.
