Crisp, MO was settled in the 1800's by John Crisp son of Redden Crisp. Crisp, Mo was located in Dade Co Missouri. The primary residents of the area were all decendants of John Crisp. The families were move away from the area when Stockton Lake was constructed in the 1960's. The family cementery was relocated to Vaughn cenentery located to the north of Greenfield, MO. Dade Co. My maternal grandfather was one of the last family members to reside in Crisp.
