You are very welcome to the information. I was like you unable to get ahold of this information and a kind cousin photo copied it and snail mailed it to me. So I thought I would post what I had so others can have it. You can get the book through the liberary lending system, but I live in a area where they could not get the book. There is alot of family information in this book. I hope others will post some of the information. So those of us who cannot get the book will be able to have access to the informaion.
