You state that Benjamin resided in Fairfield Twp., Ohio c1822, and that this is known from his father's will. However, I would point out that his father's will was dated 20 May 1805 and probated 16 Jan 1810. This will does mention a son Benjamin, although I was not aware that it fingered his residence as Fairfield Twp., Ohio. Unless I am missing something, it doesn't seem to provide evidence of Benjamin's whereabouts in 1822.

What is more is that Benjamin's mother, Hannah (Weber) Crisman's will was dated 1 Mar 1815, proved 15 Apr 1815, and does NOT mention Benjamin. The natural assumption to make would be that Benjamin died between 1805 and 1 Mar 1815.

Can you clarify some?
