Susan Caroline Crippen was b. 1800 in Cayuga Co. N.Y. and married Maj. Timothy Seymour Smith in 1817 in Sandusky, Ohio. She died in Royalton, Berrien Co. Mich. in 1843.
Who were her parents? Maybe, Stephen Crippen. 1800 census show him in Cayuga co with 4 girls under age 10. And then again in Ohio. Maybe mother is Martha Sprague or second wife Elizabeth Burnham?
