Stricken Atop a Pole
LA GRANGE, ILL., Feb. 13 (UP). - Charles H. Cripper, 66, steeplejack, died of a heart attack while working at the top of a 50-foot flagpole. Crippen's body hung by one foot from the pole's rope until firemen removed it yesterday.
