Betty, Here is some of the info I have. Roswell Crippen Married Sarah Griffis,her father being Daniel Griffis.They had 14 children, those being:1 Asa,2 David, 3 Child died in infancy,4 Daniel,5 John.6 Charles,7 Rhonda,8 Abigail(died age 5 or 6 in Delaware River), 9 Polly,10 Sally, 11 Betsy,12 Christina,13Lucy(died about 9 months old)14 Lucy(same name). I also have Rhonda Married to John Rose. They had 5 children:1 Lawrence,2 Hiram,3 William,4 John,5 Bradley.The Rose and Crippen families must have known each other or lived nearby as I also have Asa,(brother of Rhonda) marrying Adah Stewart and second marriage to Charles Rose, there was 4 children born to Asa. Also David Crippen (brother of Rhonda) married Elizabeth Worden, second marriage to Sophronia Rose, David fathered 15 children.
