Hosea Crippen served three enlistments in the Rev War, married Comfort Hatch abt 1777, farm near Whitehall, nine children, died"by accident" (Granville?) Washington County, NY, 1801. Widow Comfort relocated to Athens County, Ohio, 1803, ajacent her brother Elijah Hatch, father Elijah Hatch and two sisters, with full families. Seeking burial site, birth info on Hosea' nine children. Hosea came from five brothers, sons of Joseph and Tabitha Crippen. Possible a second Hosea Crippen migrated Ohio early 1800's. A Zene Crippen, born 3 gens past Hosea, 1886 Athens County, Ohio.
