Samuel Hickton, 34th Cumberland Reg

I am looking for information about Samuel Hickton who served with the 34th Cumberland regiment, service number 2523. I believe that it is probable that he went to the Crimea. Is there any way that I can confirm this?
His older brother, Henry Thomas Hickton was also with the 34th Cumberland Regiment and was killed in action on June 7th 1855, in the assault on the quarries before Sebastopol.

I believe that Henry Hickton's wife also went to the Crimea but have been unable to find much information to confirm this. Is there any source that identifies the women that went?
