Hi Helen,

In the book 'Hell Riders' by Terry Brighton, there is a roll from the five regimental rolls listing officers and men who were present at Balaclava on 25th October 1854.Not all of the men listed rode in the charge,those that did are indentified as having done so.

There is a listing for a John Myers,Private 1409 of the 11th Hussars.He didn't ride in the charge but he might be worth noting as 'possible' for your man.
