Cathy,BETTY HORTON was born at Mountain Home,AR.That'in Baxter CO. according to family records. The information about Mitchell in Stone Co.came from another relative who is trying to help find the Criggers in our family.Stone CO.neighbors Baxter CO.I haven't looked it up exactly bur I think it's near the MO.line.I hope I haven't confused you but our Family lived in south sebastian co. so when I started the search on Crigger,s I didn't know where else to start but in one of the census it listed one of their children being born in MO.We found two Mitchell Criggers one Valentine's son and another living with his mother -Elizabeth I beleive..Anyway by the age I think our Mitchell was Valentine's son.the strange thing is we don't know where he is buried or anything-his wife Betty is buried at Midland,AR.and there are graves by her's that are markrd with rocks only but she has a head stone.I haven't been able to find anyone that might know or any records of his death.By the way Mitchell was my husband's great grandfatther.Where do you fit in the Crigger family?Let me know what you think.Mitchell might be buried in stone co. I guess the search goes on.Donna.
