Charlotte, My gr-grandmother Virginia P.Crider,Swain, was a sister of John Crain Crider. This is a little of the information I have:
Allen Perkins Crider-dob 1838
married Malinda C. M. Rowe-dob 1845
children:
Selena J. Crider-dob 9/6/1868
William Perkins Crider-dob 2/25/1870
Viola L. Crider dob 4/24/1871
Virginia Pinkney Crider dob 1/3/1873
John Craig Crider dob 6/17/1874
Henry Allen Crider dob 12/8/1876
Mary C. Crider dob 5/17/1879
Charles M. Crider dob 7/18/1880

Allen Perkins Crider died in Johnson Co. Il in 1880, and Malinda married W. A. Boling.
John Craig & Henry moved to Texas, where they both raised families. Wm. & Virginia remained in Ar.

John married Hattie 9/29/1901 Chilton, TX
children:
Etta Elmira born 5/1/1903
William Arthur born 2/26/1908
Virgie Mae Crider born 10/4/1912
William Edward born 12/28/1918
Edner Mae born 11/21/1920
Willie Loys"Lois" born 12/15/1924
James Roy Crider born 5/7/1927

His daughter lives in Houston, TX.
