Dear Mr. Harris,
How exciting - you may have found my g.grandmother "Bell" at last. According to the copy of her bible page listing herself, W.T., & their children (which was probably written by "Bell"-which is how her name is spelled on that page) - her first listed child was born July 8, 1881. That date is compatable with the marriage bond record. She lists herself as born March 12 1865.
If I may ask - what documentation do you have linking "Malinda" with James Criddle ?
Thank you for your reply to my querries. Bell has been a major brick wall for me for quite a while.
Thanks again,
Shirley M. Hassell-Henry
