If anyone can add to this info, Please do. We believe William Nicholas Cribb (my Great Great Grandfather)was "murdered" killed by some men neighbors. His house was also burned down the day he disapeared. The men told his wife they were taking him to Milledgeville hospital after they beat him. He never made it to the hospital as they said he had a break down. Mary and the kids never seen or heard from him again. My Great Grandmother, his daughter, never wanted to talk of it, possibly out of fear. They burned the house down while Mary and the kids were in the house. They didn't want the kids to play in the woods so therefore, we feel he was killed and burried there in the woods behind the house. Please contact me if you can add or know of this story.
