Saw your mention of the Lawsuit concerning the lands of David Crews. First of all I would very much like to obtain a copy of the Lawsuit you mentioned and will gladly reimburse you for all copies and postage. Secondly your post stated that the lawsuit was filed by the brother of Capt. David Crews, "Elijah". Other researchers have told me that the lawsuit was between, Capt. David and his brother, John Crews but was continued by John's son Elijah, after his death and the death of David. I am a descendant of Thomas Crews, Sr. b ca 1760 who is reportedly the son of John Crews. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
