Dear Don,
I was very excited to see your connection from Gideon Crews to son Jeffery Franklin Crews. I had some circumstantial connection. That is my husband's line. I did not have any other children for Gideon and Nancy. Thank you for that. If there is any more I would appreciate it. I have more on Jeffery/Jeffrey I can share if you like. A few photos also. My sources are only from the Internet since I cannot travel so you can take them with a grain of salt. Let me know if you want to exchange info.

daughter of Julius Johnson and Mary Polley Walker
Jefferson Franklin (Jeffrey) Crews: b. Aug. 1833 in TN d. bef. 1910 in AR
married: Nancy A. Green: b. 15 April 1833 in AL (or NC) m. unknown date d. 9 March 1888 in Dobyville, Clark Co AR
I am hoping you can confirm that this is Jeffery's son:
James W. (Jim) Crews: b. 1853 in AL d. 1930 in Wright City, McCurtain Co OK
married: Lydia Green: b. 1861 in MS m. 15 July 1884 in Clark Co AR d. 1939 in TX
