Who was Martin E. PAUL who got a land grant in Rhea Co, TN with Nancy CREWSE in 1831? He mar Martha Creuse and was listed as head of household in 1840 census. Nancy Crewse was my husband's gr gr grandmother, was Martin a son by earlier mar? Hardy Crewse borrowed money against the land and then after 1850 Rufus Crewse sold it and moved to MO. Thanks,
