Parents of Andrew were Matthew CREWS b. 1794 Halifax Co, Va d. 1861 Wayne Co, IL and Mary BLAIR d/o Alex BLAIR.

Matthews' parents were Andrew CREWS b. abt 1770 Va & Ritter BRADLEY d/o James BRADLEY & Margaret BEASLEY.

Andrews' parents were Peter & Elizabeth (poss MONROE)CREWS of Lunenburg Co, Va. Peter also m. Susannah (widow CHILDRESS) LAX d/o Wm. S LAX III and Susannah CHANDLER.

Peters' parents were Richard CREWS b. 1720 of Lunenburg Co, Va and Sarah OWEN. Richard also m. Anne Nancy BEASLEY (poss).

That's as far back as I can go. Does anyone have this line farther back?
