My husband's father was William Henry Denton. His mother was Bessie Jewel Hall. Her mother was Sarah Ellen Langham. Her mother was Sarah Jane Cato. Her father was Willis Reeves Cato. His parents were Caliborne Henry Cato and Mary "Polly" Ladd. I believe Mary's parents were Benjamin Ladd and Elizabeth "Betsie" Cushman. Benjamin Ladd's parents were Benjamin Ladd and Sarah F. (nee unknown). This Benjamin's parents were John Ladd and Mary Crew. Can we trace this to find a connection? Very interested in your info. Thanks!
