I am researching the Crew family in Md. I have received a message about bones of two children found in a house in Crumpton occupied by " Jonas J Crew and Sallie Stradley". There was an article in the "Kent News" aboutit in 1874. Do you know what the name of Jonas's father was? The first Crew was Edward and he bought Fish Hall in Kent County. He named the hamlet" Crew's Landing". The name was later changed to Betterton. Edward had sons that I am trying to get into generations. They all lived around Kent County and most went to the Episcopal Church. I don't know if this is any help or not.
Please let me know by email. Happened on this site by chance. So glad I did.
Delores
