George Crew Bristol to NSW about 1880

I believe my grandfather, George Crew (b. 14 Feb 1861, d. 6 Jul 1933) was born in Bristol, England at a place called Fairy Castle. A baker, he subsequently moved around South Eastern NSW, living in several country towns before settling in Canterbury, Sydney, NSW. He married Elizabeth Louisa Bliss in Yass, NSW on 23 Dec 1891.

We think his father was James Crew (son of Thomas Crew) who died in Bristol about 1915, and that his mother was Mary Moore who also died in Bristol. We know no more about his Bristol family or anything about the place "Fairy Castle", if indeed it exists at all. Has anyone knowledge of this family? Any help will be very much appreciated.
