Looking for any information on Robert Crew of
Dorset, England. Family tradition maintains that he came from Buckhorn Weston in Dorset but I have been unable to trace his birth/baptism. He emigrated to Newfoundland, Canada around (1810-1815)shortly after his cousin George Crew moved to NFLD. George was born in 1786 to Joseph CREW and Susannah Bridport in Okeford Fitzpaine, Dorset. Would appreciate any info whatever on the CREW line of that area. Willing to share what I have.
