To any Cresswell with roots in Staffordshire, England, namely Walsall near Birmingham. My ggrandmother was Annis Amelia Cresswell. She emigrated from England and came to Ontario, Canada, about 1910. She was a maid servant for a wealthy family there. She married a farmer in Western Canada, Sidney Brown Allsop. Any connections to this? Please reply if you have any information.
