I know you post a while back but hopefully you will see this sometime. I have one Noah Floyd Cremeans in my database. Floyd as a middle name and not Lloyd. I have him listed as the son of Noah Cremeans and Elizabeth Commings. I have him born about 1853 in VA. I found a Noah Cremeans that was married to a Clarissa in the 1880 Huntington, Cabell Co., WV census.

Cremeans, Noah, age 27, laborer, WV WV WV
Cremeans, Clarissa, wife, age 15, keeping house WV WV WV

This couple would fit in with your dates and mine does too. Though Noah is a common name. Let me know if you have found out more information since you posted.
