Hi, Phil. Thanks for the information. I enjoyed reading about your line of Cregans. I agree that we are probably connected somewhere back in Ireland. Perhaps my Dennis Michael and your Denis were cousins. I have obtained a little more information about my Dennis Michael. He emigrated from Limerick about 1870 and was a carpenter. He was married in 1875 in St. Louis to Harriet Elizabeth Casey, who was the daughter of Irish emigrants. Dennis and Harriet named one of their daughters Bridgett, which also leads me to believe my line may be connected to yours. Their other children were: Mary Elizabeth (my grandmother), William Charles, and Dennis Michael, Jr.

Again, appreciate the information. Let's keep each other informed if we are ever successful in further research.
