I am doing some surfing on my 14th generation of surnames and came across this information on a Book reference the Creel name. I would like to know if it goes back to Elizabeth Creel, b. 1598, Cambridge, Cambridge, GB; d. bef 1634 Cambridgeshire, England who was married to Adam Mott, b. Aug 12, 1596, Cambridge, Cambridge, GB; d. 12 Aug 1661, Portsmouth, Newport Co., RI. The book would be a pretty valuable source for my research especially if it lists Elizabeth, parents and/or siblings.
