Thanks to your query, she can be identified as the daughter of Marion M. Creel, c1854 Bibb - bef1910 Bibb, and Amanda L. ?, c1852 AL - aft1930 AL.
The key is the 1910 census, where Robert and Fannie Harrison are found in #280, Pct 11, McGraws, Bibb Co., AL. Next door in #281 was her brother, William R. Creel, a Coal Miner, as was Robert Harrison. Both couples had been married 10 years per the census.
There is still one "lost" sibling, likely another daughter born c1883 and married before the 1900 census. Widow Amanda Creel reported 6 children and all 6 living on the 1910 census. Her proven children were John Thomas c1875, Doctor Benjamin Franklin c1877, William R. c1879, Fannie c1881, and Lela(or Lula) Mae c1899.
If you can find a marriage record of another female Creel c1900 in Bibb Co. it would likely be for Fannie's younger sister and would complete the family.
