I am fairly new to do research on my family tree and am looking for information concerning my mother's side of the family - CREEK. My understanding is that they came from PA to Richland Co, OH and then settled in Williams Co, OH between 1840 and 1850. Here is what I have as far as a direct line:

Carl Carlyle Creek, Jr (4/6/1921 - )
married 2/4/1915 Williams Co, OH
Myrtle Lurie Shoup (12/10/1919 - )

Carl Carlyle Creek (9/23/1890 - 10/2/1964)
married 3/7/1915 Williams Co, OH
Maude Altman (12/9/1888 - 1974)

Jacob Creek, Jr. (6/21/1846 - 12/3/1924)
married 12/31/1876 Williams Co, OH
Anise Delilah Simpson (2/9/1853 - 3/27/1927)

Jacob Creek (12/15/1813 - 2/22/1860)
married 12/29/1840 Richland Co, OH
Lydia Henry (9/1/1813 - 7/15/1892)

Peter Creek (1788 - 3/1866)
married ???
Christina ??? (1790 - ???)

There is some indication that Peter's name may have been John Peter and that his last name might also have been spelled CRICK.

Any information that you might have about this line of Creek's would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
