Hi Lori,
I sometimes answer genealogy queries instead of doing crossword puzzles. Sometimes I can help, sometimes I can't. In this case I was replying to a woman named "Wanda" who was vague on the concept. Her post didn't have any dates or places. Her Lucinda could have been transported for sheep stealing, or crossed the Veldt with the Boers or stolen land from the Cherokees. I gave her some quick possibilities from the Mormon mega-site just to prove to her that there have been more than one woman named Lucinda Creek.
She never replied to me, nor did she reply to any of the other people who tried to help her. She may have died, she may have lost interest. She posted in 2004. The chance of her e-mail still being valid is small.
I'm not related at all. You might want to write to everyone who did respond, in vain, to the ephemeral Wanda. Click on their name and try to read their addresses through the spam-fighting fuzzyness.
