Excellent timeline! I had also created a timeline, and would like to add information as well as one correction: There is no 1790 census for Virginia. The following records indicate that he was likely in Bourbon County, Kentucky during most, if not the entire year 1790.
BOURBON COUNTY, KENTUCKY
May 1790 - Recommended as Lieut/Militia
June 1790 - Dau Caty Creek md Andrew Sandusky
Aug 1790 - Gillion Creek def't in suit sent to arbitration

27 March 1813 - Petition, election of clerk, signed by Killian, Jacob and Isaac Creek
1 Sept 1814 - Work began on courthouse (Killion laid the walls "...which measured 33 feet by 40 feet in height, a foundation 18 inches below the ground, and the first floor ceiling as 12 feet high..."
1817 - Killion Creek vs Arthur Griffin, money
1818 - (Posey County, IN) Killion Creek gave bond for Dephania [sic] Stull wife of Lawrence, adultery with Drury Martin. Wit: Killion Sandusky, Jacob Creek, Elizabeth Davis.
1820 - Census: Killean Creak 1m 45+ 1f 45+
1824 - Killion Creek vs William Steel, money over horse
1824/1830 - Death
