Who is Annie Andrews? Is she a Crumpacker? or a Creasy?

My great-grandparents are Peter Bluford Witt m. Maranda [Jane?] Andrews. They were married at the home of Robert W. Hicks, New London area of Campbell County, VA, 15 September 1881. The marriage license lists her parentís names as Cobbs and Ann Andrews. I believe she was also known as Annie Page Andrews. She had a granddaughter named Annie Page Witt.
I am trying to determine the parents of Cobbs and Ann. I cannot find a marriage license for them. I cannot find any information on Cobbs Andrews.
The following is census information for Ann and others:

1880- Campbell County, VA, house 266, head- Ro. W. Hicks 43, Fanny 33, Edwd 10, John 8, James M. 2, Anna P. 10mo, Annie Andrews 40, Miranda Andrews 14.

Who is Fanny 33, Campbell census 1880, house 266?

1870- Bedford County, VA, house 181, head- Charlotte Crumpecker 42, Mary 52, Ann Andrews 33, Maranda Andrews 8.
House 184 is Joel Crumpecker 78.

1860- Bedford County, VA, house 1399, head- Peter Crumpecker 76, C. [Charlotte] 72, M. [Mary] 40, C. [Charlotte] 30, Ann Andrews 26, Jno Hale 21 (w), E. Creasy 13, (f).
House 1398 is Joel Crumpecker 68, J. [Judith] 48.
House 1397 is Wm M. Andrews 38 & A. M. 32, f & children.
House 1396 is Mark Andrews 60 & others.
House 1395 is W. W. Andrews 68 & others.

1850- Bedford County, VA, house 106, head Elizabeth Creasy 47, Ann 18, Charlotte D. 13, Eliza 8.

House 104 is Claborne Creasy 75, Susanah 65 & grown children.
House 103 is Joel Crumpecker 62, Judith 56.
House 102 is Wm Andrews 58 & grown children.
House 96 is Thomas Andrews 88.
House 95 is Mark Andrews 50, Sarah 50 & children.
House 115 is Tilghman A. Cobbs 64, Hanah 65, Sarah 65, Hanah 34, Thomas A. 27, David C. 25, James M. 23.
House 116 is Tilghman A. Cobbs Jr. 32
House 365 in Northern Div. is Chesley Andrews 43, Frances 36, Cath. 17, Ann N. 15, Robert 14, Albert 8, Adaline 5, Thos 3.

Other information about some of the above people:
Joel Crumpacker m. Judith Roberts, 3 June 1816.
Elizabeth Crumpacker m. Wiatt Creasy, 30 Oct 1824, dau. of Peter.
Peter Crumpacker m. Charlotte Roberts, 22 Nov 1802.
Chesley Andrews m. Frances Crumpecker, 27 Dec 1830, dau. of Peter.

This info is from Missy Creasy Mills: Ann in the 1850 Bedford County VA Census (dwelling 106, with Elizabeth Creasy as head of household) is Ann Maria Creasy who married William Robinson April 10, 1855 in Bedford County so this is not my Annie Andrews.

Who are the parents of Cobbs Andrews?

Who are the parents of Ann Unknown that married Cobbs Andrews?

Culd she be a Crumpacker/Crumpecker or maybe she is a maiden Andrews?

Could Cobbs Andrews namesake be a Cobbs surname?

Please help......Timothy Scott Witt, Huddleston, VA.
