Ed,
Deelis, is near Camp which is about 7 or 8 miles from Tralee. There were also Crean's in Camp, so there is a possibility that they both came from Camp.

Also, Ed, if she was born in 1864 you should be able to get a copy of her birth certificate from the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages, Southern Health Board, Killarney, Co. Kerry. The long version of the certificate should give you information in relation to her father. Unfortunately, you won't get much information in relation to her mother because that is what I have found on any of the certificates that I got there in relation to my own family.

Also, did you look at the Griffiths Valuation 1850's and the 1829 & 1832 Tithes. You might get some information from these too.
