I can't help you very much.
The William Creamer that came on the "Border Maid" to NZ in 1853, is probably the one that settled in Birkenhead on the North Shore, in Auckland. He gave two acres of land there to the Wesleyan Mission for a church in 1854. The first church was built there in 1880, and a larger one (Zion Hill) in 1885 which still stands today.
He farmed there, and I know that he ran bullock teams to help clear the land for others there. I know nothing else about him except that his son (Mr Creamer) gave his reminiscences at the 50th Jubilee celebrations of the church in 1930.
I would also like to know more about him as I am writing a history of the church.
