Hi Rita,

Boy, am I glad you did answer up. I just recently upgraded my computer wo Windows XP. For some reason, all my backups to Zip disks do not work.

I sent a file to Utah (FTM) and they could not recover it either. I have lost over 8 years of intensive research. The rebuild is killing me.

Anything you might be able to help me with would be greatly appreciated. Sorry I could not help you at this time. John
