The Josiah Creamer that I have in my database lists Josiah Creamer, b abt 1821 in SC. He married (1) Malinda Gaines 23 Dec 1841 in Bartow Co. Ga. Malinda b abt 1822 in SC, d before 1873 and died either in Franklin Co, AL or Comanche Co, Tx. Josiah moved to Texas about 1872 and married (2) Sarah E. Briscoe 24 Sept 1873 in Comanche Co, TX. She died before 1880 in Comanche Co and Josiah married (3)Harriett Delashmutt on 8 Aug 1880 in Comanche Co.
Josiah and (1) Malinda had;
1. Jasper Clenton, b 15 Nov 1843. He married Martha J. Steele, sister to my gg-grandfather Alfred Newton Steele. They had Addie, Lewis Hardy and Walter
2. Mary E.
3. Frances J.
4. Western Hardy
5. Helva J.
Josiah and (2) Sarah Briscoe had;
1. Jessie
Josiah and (3) Harriett did not have children.
I also show a brother to Josiah as Garrison C. Creamer b about 1817 in SC and who died in Kerr Co, Tx 8 Sept 1912.He married Nancy Gurgannus? (sp)11 Aug 1837 in Bartow Co, Ga.
I do not have the name of Josiah' father and have not researched any further back. I would like to have any information you care to share on Josiah's descendants, which I will add to my data base and share with other searchers. This is one of names that I have been somewhat negligent about researching. Thanks for the response. Have a Merry Christmas.
