Edited to add:

Couldn't find anything under Mackornock, but Mckornock is listed as a form of Mac (son of) Cormac. There are a few different origins listed for Cormac - three major ones.

- / - cormac=(orig) son of corb, (later) son of the chariot, chariot lad, lad of the chariot, (later) son of the chariot racer, charioteer, (later) original bearer born in chariot; - / - cormac (from) corbmac (from) corb mac=(orig) son of corb, (later) chariot lad, son of the chariot, lad of the chariot, (later) son of the chariot racer, charioteer, (first celtic meaning);

- / - cormac=defiled son, son of defilement; - / - cormag (from) cormac (from) corb mac=(orig) son of corb, (later) defilement son, son of defilement;

- / - cormac=son of corb, son of corbeau, (later) raven’s son, son of raven, son of the raven; - / - cormac (from) corbmac, corpmac (from) corb mac=(orig) son of corb, son of corbeau, (later) raven’s son, (later) raven; - / - corbeau (from) corb, corp=crow, raven, (later) dweller at the sign of the raven, (later) black haired, dark hair, dark complexion, raucous voice;

Cormac was the Irish king, married Maeve. Maeve was the goddess of Sovereignty who married nine consecutive kings.
