Edward I. Crawford, age 36 years, and son of Mr. and Mrs. John I. Carwford, of Morganton, was accidentally killed in a car wreck near Decatur, Ga., Monday last. He was riding in a bus when it collided with an oil truck. The remains were shipped here Tuesday night and buried at Morganton Wednesday. At the time of his death he was traveling for Liggett & Myers Tobacco Company. He is survived by his parents, two sisters and three brothers.
