The "clarification" is that Barbara's sources and my sources did not yield 100% exact data. She found two siblings (William and Betsy) that I did not find; and I found an additional sibling (Anna) that Barbara's sources apparently did not cover. This is a frequent occurance in genealogical research. As you dig deeper and deeper into a family's history you discover new generations, new marriages, and new individuals to add to your family group sheets. It is NOT unusual to have some, but not all of the children identified, especially from a marriage several generations ago.
Just remember that genealogical research is NOT "an exact science". We work with the data that we discover through our separate and independant research efforts. By sharing information with each other we bring the fruits of our separate research activities from many different sources together. Barbara's data and my data independantly verify most of the details for this family. Her data and mine helped to identify several additional children. It also raised a question on one individual, John, which requires a review of Barbara's souce data.
Together, her data and mine gives us a more complete, more accurate picture of this family.
